DANCE MEDITATION
Find your individual healing journey through dance, leaving stress behind, and welcoming peace and joy into your heart.
This class will explore movement through a meditative practice. We will discover the shapes our body desires, moving away from judgment, allowing ourselves to dance freely. Using breath work and a calming slowness, we will unwind the nervous system in a safe and inclusive environment.
Delving into deeper emotions as we continue our journey trusting our bodies and the space around us, we will begin to open ourselves to healing energies, leaving us feeling transformed.
